Process Serving

We are currently working to create a secure process service section for our valued clients. You will have access to your own personal account information, affidavits, and work in progress via the web.  Our new on-line database will be updated at the end of each business day, so current your process serving information will be available around the clock.

This will include the following:

• All process service documents served, and not served
• Information regarding documents that have become un-servable
• Ability to search your documents by last name, docket number, or your file number
• Request the status of individual documents via the web site
• Track and print recently modified documents

These on-line services will be available to all our clients at no additional charge.  All clients will be issued a unique client number and PIN numbers for this system.  We will also offer pricing information, volume discounts, and monthly invoicing.
